Tyra Manns is the CEO of Choices Health & Fitness, and she kickstarted this business through the EnRich Minority Mentor Protege Program (MMPP).

To become a stronger entrepreneur, Tyra went through the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program - which immersed her into entrepreneurial experiences while learning directly from real-world entrepreneurs.

Now, along with taking two more courses, she is running Choices Health & Fitness - a safe space for women and obese children to “Take Your Rightful Authority” ( ) in their health and wellness. Tyra is a passionate elite certified Personal and Group Fitness Instructor and Red Cross Certified CPR/AED Instructor. Since starting MMPP, her membership has grown by 51%.
