THOUGHTS ABOUT COVID-19 NOW....

Having just read an article in the daily news informing us that after a year of meticulous cleaning of surfaces to protect ourselves from the coronavirus, IN FACT it was never really necessary.
The article stated that it was only a remote possibility (1 in 10,000) that one would become infected by surface contact with the virus. It would take a series of exact circumstances in order for the coronavirus to be transmitted in this manner. Extensive studies show the predominant mechanism is airborne transmission between humans in a direct manner. THIS IS GREAT NEWS!
NOW THEN, WHAT ADJUSTMENTS DO WE MAKE IN OUR DAILY ROUTINE NOW WE KNOW THIS TRUTH?
That is the question as we navigate our way back and RECLAIM OUR LIVES.
A PERSPECTIVE ON THE SUBJECT: FOCUS ON WHAT HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE REAL AND OPTIMIZE YOUR FREEDOM TO LIVE A MORE NORMAL LIFESTYLE WHILE REMAINING SAFE ?
Healthy Lifestyle Acts:
-Reduce your “screen time”
-Keep yourself in good physical condition to maximize our immune system.
-Maintain a regular exercise program with aerobic activity.
-Perform regularly scheduled cardiovascular exercise and muscle “toning” with light weights for the arms and walking or cycling for the legs.
-Carefully select your intake of food including a daily regimen of multi-vitamins including D3, Zinc and B complex (along with Vit C) for those who are not eating a quality diet regularly.
-Enjoy socializing safely; and for the high risk (and/or Non vaccinated) respectfully wear a face cover for extra protection, practice social distancing when practical and maximize use of outdoors for fresh air.
-Resume your professional, occupational and recreational activities; attend sports events and get out to watch a movie, live concerts or shows as they come open. Plan a day or overnight trip, have some fun!
-Enjoy every day to the fullest!
If nothing else, the threat of the recent year enduring COVID-19 and (and even greater, the REACTION to COVID-19) places a HIGHER value on just how PRECIOUS this life is.
LIVE LIFE TO THE UTMOST! Don’t let anything OR anybody influence you otherwise.
