If you are scheduled for an appointment with Dr Bashir, Annie Smith, LCSW, Tom Stewart, LCSW, or Katy Lambert, LCSW, then your appointment will be a TeleHealth appointment. You may be called from a blocked or unknown number. If you have blocked or unknown callers blocked from calling your phone, you will have to change that setting. If you would like to reschedule, call 217-809-0429. All appointments with Bill Gillen, PhD this week will be rescheduled. Rene will contact you.

Flu and COVID season is in full swing, and we have noticed a lot of patients and their families are getting sick.

In order to help reduce the spread of viruses, we are requiring all patients, guests, and staff members to wear a mask until April 1, 2023.

If you or someone you live with is experiencing COVID or Flu symptoms, a cough, or fever, we ask that you have a telehealth appointment with your provider instead of an in person appointment.
