Account Executive $50,000 - $60,000 Base
(Non Sales Commercial Lines)

ARES OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Coordination with Producers –
Must be able to work effectively with various personality types, anticipate their needs, and work with the team to accomplish overall goals with production, retention, growth, and customer service.
Customer Service –
Able to function independently of the producer when needed on larger and assigned accounts,
Handle all aspects of certain accounts,
Assist clients with policy/coverage/service issues
Able to evaluate coverages and cost
Develop relationships with carriers and wholesalers
Marketing
Must know the available markets for various industries and coverage Effective in the negotiation and placement of coverage

QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive insurance knowledge and experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience using Applied Agency Management System (TAM or EPIC) a Plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to lead others and flexibility in working with different personalities.
Problem Solver
Customer service skills including anticipating client needs
Self-motivated
High level of professionalism

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of insurance experience in a fast-paced environment
Extensive (in-depth) knowledge of applicable insurance products/lines and risk management techniques
Extensive knowledge of how products are utilized and administered.
Extensive knowledge of marketing and marketing techniques
Actively involved with strategic planning and renewal process for clients.

Steel Fabricator Material Handler
Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. We are currently staffing for a local Manufacturing company in the Stonecrest area. Serous Candidates ONLY need to apply!! The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of handling steel with previous experience working in a steel mill or steel manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
Operate electric saw to cut metal materials
Prepare products and materials for shipment
Load, unload, and stage products and materials
Track and record units of materials handled
Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Ability and experience with operating an Electric Saw for cutting materials
Experience in operating a Forklift in a Warehouse environment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong work ethic
Enjoys people and interacting with others
Organized and efficient in managing time
Must have a minimum of 1 year of crane operating experience
Must have 1-2 years of forklift experience is required
Experience cutting steel using an electric saw is a plus!
must have own Reliable Transportation
Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
