One of the things I love most about this work is figuring out what story someone’s body is trying to tell me.
So when I start asking questions before a massage, I’m not just making conversation.
I’m trying to understand what your body has been dealing with.
Your work.
Your daily habits.
How you spend your time.
The stress you’re carrying.
🔍Because all of those things leave clues.
Sometimes someone comes in with shoulder pain, but if I only focus on the shoulder, I might miss a big part of what’s actually contributing to the problem.
That’s why I ask questions. 🕵🏽♀️
Not because I’m being nosy.
Because the more I understand what your body has been dealing with, the better I can support you.
