✨ I’m Not Just Teaching It… I’m Living It ✨

Yesterday, I had a moment.
I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it… and more importantly, I used my voice.

On more than one occasion, I spoke up and shared who I am.
And I realized something:

This is exactly why I created “Claiming My Voice.”

So many women are walking around with powerful thoughts, feelings, and truths… but struggle to express them.
Not because they don’t have a voice—but because they’ve learned to silence it.

💜 If you’re a woman between 21–35…
💜 If you struggle with saying no…
💜 If you feel overlooked, unheard, or unsure how to express yourself…

This healing circle was created with YOU in mind.

This is a safe space to:
✨ Find your voice
✨ Strengthen your confidence
✨ Set healthy boundaries
✨ Show up fully as YOU

I’m not just guiding this journey… I’m walking it too.

Let’s grow together. Your voice matters.

Life sometimes requires us to pause, adjust, and move with wisdom.

The March 28, Atlanta Trials, Tribulations, Triumphs & Testimonies gathering has been postponed as plans are being thoughtfully reorganized.

I deeply appreciate everyone who has supported, shared the flyer, offered to attend then or volunteer. Your encouragement means more than you know.

This experience is still on the way. A new date will be announced when plans are finalized.

Thank you for your continued support and belief in this vision of healing, testimony and transformation.

Sometimes Healing Smells Like Oil & Metal.

Yesterday, I walked into an auto shop.
Before I saw anything — I smelled it.

Oil. Metal. Machinery.

And immediately, I thought of my father — a man who taught mechanics to young men others labeled “wayward.” Boys who needed guidance. Boys who needed to be seen.

Earlier that day, I had been advocating for young people in a school system.

Legacy.

Later that evening, I made a different kind of choice.

Years ago, I would have pushed through my emotions.
Smiled. Showed up. Suppressed.

Yesterday, I chose honesty.
I told someone calmly, “I want to cry.”

That is growth.

Healing isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s discernment.
Sometimes it’s canceled plans.
Sometimes it’s honoring your emotions before you fully understand them.

I am becoming softer without becoming weaker.
Aware without becoming overwhelmed.
Honest without becoming afraid.

Grateful for memory.
Grateful for legacy.
Grateful for becoming.
