City Schools of Decatur

CSD is excited to see you at the All-In Decatur 2026 Back-to-School Bash tomorrow, Thursday, July 16, 4-7 p.m. at the DHS gym! This fun event features music, food trucks, giveaways, and activities for all ages, with backpacks and school supplies distributed while supplies last.

CSD families may register for this community event onsite.

CSD schools will host Meet and Greets, a brief opportunity for parents, students, and teachers to meet and for students to get acquainted with their school and classrooms.

CSD 2026 Meet and Greet schedule by grade level:
Age 0-3, Friday, July 31, 1-3 p.m.
Pre-K, Friday, July 31, 9-12 p.m.
K-2, Thursday, July 30, 9-11 a.m.
3-5, Thursday, July 30, 1-3 p.m.
6-8, Thursday, July 30, 3-5 p.m.
9-12, Friday, July 31, 2-4 p.m.

In observance of Juneteenth, CSD district offices and school buildings will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026.
