Cucumber slice topped with a whipped feta-pistachio and mint

Appetizer

Mango gaspacho, baguette

or tuna tartare over lettuce, baguette

Entree:

Chicken thigh wrapped in bacon and topped with roasted peaches.

Served with Creamer potatoes.

OR Duck confit and sundried cherries wrapped in phillo dough. Served with a brandied cherry gastrique sauce and couscous salad.

OR 2 Salmon croquettes and 1 chick pea croquettes

(vegetarian version available)

Served with a yoghurt-lemon-mint sauce

Dessert:

Profiterolle
