I always try to make my readings accessible, so my hours are flexible. We can chat over Facebook messenger, or Whatsapp. I also have Zoom, Teams, or we can call on video through Facebook Messenger! One of my favorite uses for astrology is looking at the moon cycles! The moon changes signs roughly every 2.5 days, and each person has a lunar return every ~28 days.

As a Capricorn moon, I notice about 2 days each month I tend to be more easily frustrated than others.
When the moon is in Aries, I feel a little more on edge than normal. These are great days for me to reach out to friends, be more physically active, or listen to "heavier music."

My middle child is the opposite. His natal moon is in Aries, and when the moon is in Capricorn, he tends to have extra "big emotions."

Aries and Capricorn typically square one another, and squares are natural aspects that cause tension or frustration.

Do you have days where you naturally are more socially withdrawn, frustrated, motivated?

I encourage you to look at your own moon sign and what aspects it makes to other signs! Keeping a journal or log is great to recognize your own natural patterns.

I often see people struggling with reading aspects when they first look at their birth chart (the actual circle chart).

All of the red and blue lines mean something and are very important to the energies in your chart! They represent how your planets interact with one another - the energy flow between them.

For example, your Sun trining your Moon is wildly different than your Sun squaring your Moon!

If your Sun trines your Moon, your core identity and vitality work in harmony with your emotional self. If they square one another, who you are and how you want to present yourself may not always align with your emotions. It can cause some discomfort or natural tension! Though difficult at times, squares can be great opportunities for growth.

These are the 5 major aspects in astrology.

When you are looking at your birth chart, it's helpful to have a solid foundation of each of the luminaries (Sun and Moon), planets, and other asteroids. These are the most basic ones that will show up in your birth chart, their symbols, and a general understanding of what they represent. (*I prefer Astrodientist and they use "P" for Pluto instead of the symbol.)

For example, a Virgo Mercury will be quite different from a Pisces Mercury! Virgo Mercuries are often efficient communicators and are great at analyzing details or organizing their thoughts. Pisces Mercuries are often the opposite. They may have their head in the clouds. They likely daydream often and can have a harder time putting their thoughts into words or communicating their ideas, but they make excellent poets, fiction writers, songwriters, etc.

As always, the whole chart matters, but I encourage you to look at your own chart and examine what these planets mean and where they are placed for you!
