Little Benjamin’s party was beautiful—every detail, as always, was thoughtfully and lovingly planned. His mom absolutely nailed it, as she always does! George the Curious was there, too—in the form of a cake! And so, this handsome little boy’s life was celebrated, filled with love! Thanks !

Today I want to talk about Passion—specifically, passion fruit!
The passion fruit is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of the Americas, with Brazil recognized as the primary center of the plant's origin and genetic diversity. The fruit has strong ties to the Amazon Rainforest and was already being consumed by indigenous peoples prior to colonization.
But what does this have to do with cake? Passion fruit is one of the very best ingredients for making a delicious dessert! It has just the right amount of tartness, a unique aroma, and—when paired thoughtfully—it offers a truly unique experience!

Champion: A moist cake soaked in *tres leches* syrup, layered with passion fruit *brigadeiro* and coconut cream.
1st running up: chocolate cake with a creamy passion fruit filling!
