Flow with Erika

Today was the final day of my prenatal yoga & doula training! 🧘🏼‍♀️✨ September was a busy month as I dedicated almost every weekend to this training and expanding my scope as a yoga teacher. I’m exhausted but excited for the new things on the horizon. Who here wishes they took prenatal yoga classes and/or received more birth education during their pregnancy? 🙋🏼
