6 DAYS!!!
Make sure hydration starts at least 48hrs before practice! That means a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day. You cannot replenish fast enough the day of practice so start by being ahead when you get there!
Again, Monday is a "try us out" practice. We'll go through a variety of drills and set expectations. I will be available for questions at the end of practice. Registration runs through 5/20. See y'all Monday!

You don't need spikes for Monday and they are not required to run. Higher level sprinters will need spikes as we put in more time on the track.
