I thought about not posting this .. but you know what .. more businesses should show the effects of social media ...



This is an episode of what I'd like to call review versus reality.. ( we should make that go viral)

People post ONE STARS.. for things like this . .

And businesses suffer .. because of it ..

And here is the response from my poor employee who had just 2 minutes earlier taken the dishes to the back ( which is where she was when these 2 walked in and stood for 11 seconds ) . I'm not saying they're wrong, and I hope they allow me to take better care of them .. ..
The point of this post is to try and make people aware that the things that you say and do are detrimental to small businesses. Any business for that matter, big or small. So please, I beg you. Please, be kind . Have patience . And give people Grace . We are not perfect, we will make mistakes, to err is human, so please, allow us to be human. And forgive us all every now and again.
