Slum Landlords own Park 35 Apts in Decatur Ga

Message from resident- This is the worst place I've ever lived. The staff is the worst, Fonda is the worst they don't fix anything it's a horrible place to stay. I can't wait until this lease is up. Do not be fooled stay away! Flooding every time it rains, water leaking everywhere, mold growing they just paint over it. Sick!!!
