The next phase of Pilates teacher journey is now…✨

I’ve completed my in-person Classical Pilates training weekends, and now I’m continuing the progression toward becoming a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher through teaching hours.

That means more opportunities to move with me 🤍!

✨ Beginner Small Group Class
Mondays at 5PM

✨ Private + Semi-Private Sessions
Fridays–Sundays at apprentice rates

All sessions are held at Peachtree Pilates and designed to help you build strength, connection, confidence, and body awareness, whether you’re just beginning, returning to movement, or ready for more intentional support in this midlife season.

And honestly? One of the greatest gifts of this process has been learning that teaching Pilates is not just about exercises; it’s about helping people feel more at home in their bodies.
