I’ve been asked a lot, “why do you offer memberships?”

The reason is simple.

The patients I treat who are the healthiest are those who get treated regularly. And it shouldn’t come as a surprise. If your body is moving without tension and pain, you will feel and function better than those who aren’t.

Many people believe chiropractic is just pain management. And I used to believe this too. What I’ve learned is that keeping the body balanced and free from tension will greatly reduce occurrences of injuries and pain. Most of my members are pain-free and see me regularly to keep their bodies healthy and moving.

That is why I have 2 membership options. The criteria is simple. Are you a very active individual or prone to injury? The Gold Membership would work best for you. Or are you in relatively good health and work/lifestyle is not strenuous on your body? Then the Navy Membership would work best.

Tension headaches are most commonly found in professions involving high levels of stress. This includes teachers, office workers, and mothers. Stress builds in the muscles and joints just beneath the skull causing a feeling of “tension” that wraps around the head and neck region. In many cases, removing restriction in the joints and trigger point therapy on the muscles can greatly decrease the prevalence of these headaches.
