Property Value Notices will be mailed next week.

If you do not receive a notice, it may indicate that your property value decreased this year or stayed the same as last year. However, you still have the right to file a protest if you disagree with your value.

If you did not receive a notice, the deadline to file a protest is May 15.

If you did receive a notice, you have 30 days from the date on the protest.

As a reminder, our appraisers are out in the field appraising for the 2026 tax year.

They should have signs like the one pictured on their cars to identify them.
