Spring is finally here and so is nicer weather! Warmer, sunnier, and certainly windier days make drying your clothes on a clothesline more enjoyable! Nothing beats the smell of freshly dried clothes hung outside in the warm sunny air! That's what this customer wanted in there backyard, so they contacted JLS Innovative Solutions LLC. to see if they could make it happen. The plant hangers were an addition my customer wanted and I thought that was a very clever and beautifying way to dress up the clothesline.

Sometimes it is necessary to replace the deck boards on your back deck even though they were painted, stained, and cleaned regularly. Time, traffic, and the elements will eventually breakdown that decking. This customer chose to re-deck with Trex boards and their hidden fastener system. The extra trim work really makes the deck stand out and gives it a fresh new look!

While the deck boards are off, it is a good opportunity to assess the health of the deck structure. In this case, the deck needed to be leveled and blocking added to straighten out the joists. In addition, the rim joists were secured with new 6" lag screws. Now this deck has been brought back to life and is ready for many more years of fun, barbequing, and relaxing enjoyment!
