There are seasons where God won’t let you move fast because He’s trying to make sure the next version of you can actually sustain the life you prayed for.

So if you’re tired… rest.
If you’re emotional… feel it.
If you’re healing… don’t rush it
If you neee to cry…do it
If you need to take time…take it
But don’t quit on yourself.

Everything you survived was not to destroy you.
Some of it came to introduce you to your power.

And one day, the same story that almost broke you… is going to be the reason somebody else keeps going.

I went to the beach to clear my mind… and water wasnt the only treat in store for me

On this trip, I smiled bigger, laughed harder, breathed deeper, and let the water carry away things I’ve been holding onto

There’s something about standing in the middle of the ocean, feeling the sun on your skin and the waves moving around you, that reminds you life is for living and doing things that make the kid in you feel alive again

Somewhere between the salt water, the quiet moments, the deep conversations, the talk therapy, and somebody standing beside me reminding me to just be present… I found a much needed “fun” version of me

Not the “strong” version. Not the business version. Just me having fun and feeling safe enough to exhale.

Maybe that’s why I didn’t want to leave! If I could stay in the ocean - I would!!!
