After relocating from Colorado, these amazing people battled the Livonia housing market for months.

We saw some beautiful homes, some downright nasty ones, some fireplaces that looked like a portal to hell, and enough wallpaper to cover the entire city. No matter where we went, you can bet it was a great time filled with laughs, tons of jokes and some big home remodeling plans.

I’ll admit, I got a little sad when their offer got accepted.

Good thing I know where they live. ❤️

There’s something especially meaningful about getting a call from an old friend asking you to help with the sale of a home. But when it’s the home of a late parent, it holds so much more weight.

Moments like these don’t get a “congratulations” at closing.

Watching how they worked together through such a difficult and emotional time was a beautiful thing to witness.

Wishing this beautiful family healing, and peace as they close this chapter.
