Newel Posts, balusters, rosettes, railings, false treads and a custom kick plate. There were a few custom trim pieces. The customer is going to carpet the stairs where the false tread is not present. I love it when the customer is happy. That’s why I do it. 😊

Another Finished Basement with happy customers by Dustin Lee Carpentry LLC.
The painted ceiling was a beautiful choice and the plumbing / electrical is still accessible.
The basement was completely unfinished. They now have a full bathroom, rec room and a mother in law suite.

Full basement remodels have become the most frequent type of job I do. This was an interesting project. The customer only wanted a small nook for an office area and the ceiling painted black instead of covered.

For this project the customer wanted the shin buster removed and the area remodeled to fit the new electric fireplace.
Upon looking at the specifications of the electric fireplace. Shelving was added underneath.
Since there was some emotional detachment involved. She wanted to take a few swings with the sledge before I got started.

Outdated balusters? Change the look of an entire room or stair way.
I was impressed with how much of a difference it made.
