Being a Trip Leader requires an excitement to learn about community. As a Leader, you will develop skills in reflection and discussion, creating positive team dynamics, and professionalism.
Leadership is a major component of being a Trip Leader (obviously!) but TRIPS Staff is devoted to your success and experience!
