The Grand Coquina Condo renovations are nearing completion!

Latest update from the board as of yesterday is, “The fence and gate will be completed tomorrow. We then have to schedule the inspection with both the Health Department and Daytona Beach Shores. If we pass that, then we will be open later this week. It is possible the dog park will remain closed for a few extra days until ADT comes out to install the card reader at the north gate.”

 it’s been a long road, but I think we’re finally coming into the end of the renovations. The new patio area and veranda along the beachfront is absolutely beautiful.
