Dayton Area Rugby Club

Spring rugby practice has started!

Training is tonight from 6:00–Dark at the Dayton Rugby Grounds. Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 o'clock.

Both the men's and women's teams start today. Open to anyone interested in trying rugby or getting back into the game.

Bring cleats, appropriate training gear (rugby shorts and a training shirt if you have them), and a mouthguard as we may work up to light contact and rucking drills.
