In 2025, we took the time to listen—surveying entrepreneurs, students, business owners, the downtown resident, and everyday riders moving through the heart of the city—because building responsibly starts with understanding what’s already here and what’s missing.
This project marks the final commercial piece from one of our graduating media production interns Fall ‘26, and we’re proud of the work done in collaboration with this community. We believe when companies do the thoughtful research, intentional design, and communicate respectfully.. we don’t just build better businesses for place lead to better businesses— we help build better cities 💎

Our first Toys for Tots drive was a huge success — over 45 gifts donated, with most coming from one incredibly generous donor family . We’re truly blown away by the love and support.
As a business, community is at the heart of what we do. Giving back to the kids during this season couldn’t be more meaningful, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make this happen to support the 10 thousand Dayton children during this season!
This was our very first toy drive, and because of you, it won’t be our last. We can’t wait to do it even bigger next year. ❤️
