Join us in welcoming Renee Armstrong, our new Client Technical Services Technician here at DataYard! 📣

Renee joins the team with multiple years of IT experience from Goodwill, where she worked as both an IT Support Specialist and Software Administrator. In her role at DataYard, she’ll be helping support our clients through technical troubleshooting, customer service, and day-to-day ticket resolution across our managed environments.

When we asked what excites her most about joining DataYard, Renee said:

“What excites me the most about joining DataYard is all the opportunities to learn more and branch out my skills in all the services DataYard offers.”

Outside of work, Renee enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her wife and cats.

Fun fact: Her favorite game is Bloodborne, and she likes it so much that she has a tattoo of her favorite boss from the game on her leg!
