We’re excited to introduce our new Seasonal Training Block in collaboration with Dayton Running Club.

This 4–8 week progression is designed to help adult runners and active adults improve performance through:
strength
plyometrics
speed mechanics
progressive programming

We build the foundation first, then level up.

Every Thursday @ 6:00 PM
Open to adult runners & active adults looking to move and perform better.
