We are hosting OPEN INTERVIEWS for Experienced Maintenance Technicians from 11 am - 3 pm at our leasing office!

We’re looking for a candidate who
is dependable and organized
has proven maintenance and project management experience including but not limited to HVAC , PLUMBING and light Electrical
communicates effectively and possesses good computer skills
can lead a team to successful completion of any project - from quick turns to whole house rehabs
possesses problem-solving skills
is motivated to helping the company grow, and growing within the company

Job Duties (Include But Not Limited To):
Project Management
Bidding Process
Property Maintenance

Qualifications:
Minimum (2) years proven maintenance experience (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting)
Knowledgeable about the Dayton real estate market, local construction costs, and Fair Housing rules
Proven ability to support and contribute to a team.
Valid Driver’s License & vehicle insurance
Have own tools and transportation (proof of insurance required)
Possess a positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under all circumstances.
Ability to diffuse and respond to customer/vendors concerns to avoid escalation of issues.
Ability to comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook.
Successfully pass background check and drug test

Work Remotely: No
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27 an hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
