Dejawn is hard working and overachieves in most things he is given. His determination and dedication to achieve success is phenomenal. He's a hard worker, shows up as dependable, is both intelligent and a quick learner, and has a great work ethic. His foreman shared that one of his best characteristics is how respectful he is to everyone. When at one of the jobsites by himself he took responsibility for all of the punch items, fixing others mistakes without judgement and he knocked it out the park. His foreman said, "Itโs a blessing working with him".

Paul is a Journeyman in our Residential Service Department. After 10 years, we asked him a few questions about his time here at Reliable so far!
What is your favorite part about your job?
โI like being able to "save the day". Quite often the customer is overwhelmed with worry that their electric problem will take a lot of time and money to find, diagnose, and repair. My experience usually allows me to find the problem in a timely manner and often make repairs right away without it sn*******ng into a huge expense. I can put them at ease and "save the day".โ
What has been your favorite memory over the last 10 years?
โThe time I walked up to the mic at a company All-Hands meeting unannounced and stripped off my suit to reveal a superhero costume, claiming that it was the new company required safety suit. No one, including Joe Ryan, was expecting that!โ
What has been your biggest lesson learned in the last 10 years?
โEvery day is a learning experience and that the more I know, the more I realize that there is so much more to learn.โ

Matt has been with Reliable for just about a year. He has grown a vast amount in that time, especially knowing that his background before joining us was new construction. So residential service is newer to him. Despite that, he has taken the bull by the horns and simply gets things done. In fact, he shows up excited about the possibilities and opportunities ahead of him. He has been a breath of fresh air with his positive, fun attitude but knows when to turn that off and focus on the work. His assistant department head has said "he can crush the job and has stepped it up to be a dependable lead that I can count on." That's high praise indeed coming from Jordan.
