Game time, grilled Venison loin sliced with Peruvian purple fingerling potato, rapini, Zinfandel Veal Demi glacé and garnished with fennel candy. This plate brought the wow to a Zinfandel wine dinner at the Dayton Racquet Club in 2015.

Halibut a la Joe at the Peasent Stock! Seared halibut on a bed of sautéed fennel, roasted red peppers and yellow squash topped with blueberry salsa and fried basil. Anyone remember the Peasent Stock circa 1996?

Heirloom Twist Beet Burger✓ This Chef's Garden box is a gift that keeps on giving.

Gorgeous golden and rainbow beets inspired a cool twist on my Wife's favorite beet burger. You've got to make it, no way I can explain how incredibly the subtle flavors came together to create pure magic, something entirely larger than the sum of its amazing ingredients.
