NEW YEAR UPDATE.
Currently working on remodeling a downtown store front for a soon to be CIGAR BAR in Dayton. This project was definitely not easiest but it consisted of great content and ideas for future projects. We added beams and support to support the upper floor and roof layout. The second level is to be used a general space and offices while the lower level is used for the bar and cigar lounge.
A shot of the lower level ceiling to show the support added to the floor joist in order to add the extra weight from the beams.
Many more exciting projects to come. Hope the new years of off to a great start.

This one turned out amazing! The shrubbery add the finished touch!

Not finished yet but progress on another project. Home owner is installing an awning/canopy system before installing some new black rails.
