📷 Film to Digital Basics
Interested in learning the fundamentals of film photography, darkroom printing, and negative scanning?
In this introductory class, you’ll learn to develop film, create black & white prints in the darkroom, learn to scan and edit your film negatives, and finish by matting and framing your favorite print to take home.
✨ Each student receives a reusable film camera to keep (or you’re welcome to bring your own).
Whether you’re new to film or looking to build your skills, this class is a great introduction to the complete film-to-digital workflow.
Class begins Tuesday, July 7th 2026 from 6-9:00 pm.
Register today at rec.ucdavis.edu or stop by the Craft Center!
