When I was given an opportunity to speak for the first time, I was so mortified. I practiced for HOURS every single day for six months. And the reason I said yes to that opportunity despite being mortified, was because I understood the weight of my no. I didn’t want to be the bottleneck in the road of opportunties for other women in my industry.

While being on this wild ride - Here are a few things I’ve learned:

✅ Investing in yourself is critical to create opportunites and growth. I joined Killing Commercial Insurance Sales Training in 2020 to learn how to open middle market doors, and now because of and this community I’ve had opportunities I never thought were possible for me.

✅ Taking action is the only thing that creates progress. You have to start. Just start - right now, with what you have. There is no amount of learning that beats taking that first step.

✅ Being prepared is always a winning formula.

✅ If you lack a skill, develop it. has been instrumental to my developing of certain skills. Find the resources to help you develop what you are lacking.

✅ Sit your husband, family and your girls in the front row so they can cheer for you the loudest 😎 (zoom in for full effect)
