Our Soul Sisters Teen Yoga & Empowerment Group is now meeting at Good Soul Hot Yoga in Mooresville to give the girls the opportunity to experience a true yoga studio environment in a peaceful, welcoming space designed for connection, confidence, and growth. 💜

This sweet and supportive setting is the perfect place for communication, mindfulness, emotional wellness, and executive functioning skills to grow naturally through movement, discussion, and connection with peers.

We are so excited for this collaboration and cannot wait to continue building confidence and community with these amazing girls! 🌿🧘‍♀️✨

🌸 Excited to announce our Summer 2026 Soul Sisters therapeutic group for girls ages 10–13 at LKN-SLP! 🌸

Soul Sisters is a supportive small group designed specifically for girls who may benefit from extra support with:
✨ Anxiety reduction
✨ ADHD & executive functioning
✨ Emotional regulation
✨ Friendship & social confidence
✨ Self-esteem and coping skills

Through yoga, movement, mindfulness, executive function coaching, and social-emotional learning, girls build confidence, connection, resilience, and practical tools in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment.

👥 Small therapeutic group limited to 10 participants
