Majors MVC Summer League team improved to 3-0 last night with a 16-7 W over Quintown NH!

Boxford had 16 total hits in the game with Rowan Bruno, Ryker Wetzel, Tommy Kivela, Declan Sutton, Owen Nutter and Stanley Coulumbe all having multiple hits!

Boxford improved to 2-0 in the District 15 Williamsport Tournament with a dominant 14-1 win over Middleton last night!

Ben Lachance pitched a complete game 2 hitter with 12Ks and only allowed one base runner after the 1st inning.

Boxford wasted no time getting going at the plate as Jake DeLeo led the game off with a walk and then Harry Stevens launched a Home Run to right center to start the HR parade! Boxford added 2 more runs in first after a Vincent Merullo double and then 3 straight hits by Bennett Taeger, Henry Carrieri, and Ben Lachance making it 4-1 after one.

In the second, Graham McKenzie led off with a walk and Rhett Barnes singled. After an RBI groundout by Jackson Surface, Jake DeLeo launched a 2 run HR to CF to make is 7-1!

Boxford added 1 in the 4th on an RBI groundout by Rhett Barnes and then added 6 more in the 5th capped off by Jake DeLeo’s monster HR well over the fence in Left Field!!

Boxford is now 2-0 in pool place and is off for a week when they face Amesbury on Monday July 6th in Amesbury.
