Free Thanksgiving meals available and all are welcome!

* Citizens Inn Haven from Hunger (71 Wallis St, Peabody 978-531-1530): begin with appetizers and soup at 11AM, seated meal at 12PM-12:30PM. To-go's will be available for pickup after seated service at 12:30. Meals are served on the second floor (handicapped lift available) in the dining room.

* Brother’s Deli (41 Market St, Lynn 781-581-3363): “Take Out” Thanksgiving meals that will be available from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

* My Brother’s Table (98 Willow St, Lynn 781-595-3224): “To-Go” Thanksgiving meals to individuals and families from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm; Extra meals are available for people to take to neighbors, friends, etc. who are unable to pick up a Thanksgiving meal to-go for themselves.

* The Friends of Salem Council on Aging (Salem): home delivered Thanksgiving dinners to Salem seniors. Contact Rosanna Donahue at the Salem Council on Aging (SCOA) at 978-744-0924 to register for a meal by Friday, November 18.

* Gloucester American Legion (978-283-7117; [email protected]): delivering Thanksgiving meals to Cape Ann area residents in need (Gloucester, Rockport, Manchester, Essex, Hamilton, Wenham, and Ipswich). Call anytime and leave a message, or email, by Monday, November 21 at 12:00 noon to sign up. Leave your name, address, phone number, and number of meals.

* Lifebridge (56 Margin St, Salem 978-744-0500): providing meals at their Day Center 54 Margin St (the church with the red door) from 12-2 pm for those with reservations. Please RSVP by Friday, November 18th by phone or by visiting the Day Center.

"Gina's Giving Back" ([email protected]): providing Thanksgiving food for people to cook at their homes. North Shore residents: to sign up for food delivery, please email Gina with your name, address, phone number, and number in your household by Friday, November 18. Singles in need of a "heat and eat" Thanksgiving meal may also email Gina.

If you need food to prepare your Thanksgiving dinner at home please contact your local food pantry.
