Tonight’s session on my Vibroacoustic cushion. It was all about the 40 hz frequency tonight! We use 40hz for conditions like chronic pain, sleep disturbances, depression, anxiety, circulatory problems, muscle cramps and more.
For me 40hz puts me into a deep, relaxed state and tonight was no different. I almost fell asleep!
