Since joining GREYHAWK, Cathy has brought more than 35 years of human resources experience and administrative leadership in the construction consulting industry to our team. As Director of Human Resources, she leads employee recruiting and retention, benefits administration, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) coordination while fostering a workplace where every employee feels valued and supported.

Prior to joining GREYHAWK, Cathy served as a global head of human resources, overseeing 5,000 employees worldwide. Her extensive experience spans multi-state employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and talent development.
