Meet Open Sky: Fabricated by us and built by sitaraluxuryhomes, this home, located in West Linn, Oregon, is Sitara Homes’ debut home and one of our most exciting collaborations yet!

This modern, three-story home spans 6,794 sq. ft. across 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a 4-acre lot on Pete’s Mountain overlooking the Willamette Valley.

The main floor opens into an open living area that extends onto a covered patio and deck designed to blur the line between interior and exterior. Downstairs, a dedicated wellness center with steam shower and private gym looks directly out to the valley. Across all three levels, a massive primary suite, flex room, bonus and family rooms, and a basement recreation room add depth and versatility.

Hidden Vista Ranch in Thorndale, Texas is a 7,600 sq. ft. wedding venue built from a modified Sunnyside Event Barn Kit.

Three windowed cupolas bring natural light down through the ceiling, and a grand central staircase guides guests from the mezzanine into the ceremony hall. Two covered patios on either side of the entrance give guests an additional area to relax and mingle.

It’s stunning, it’s versatile, and it’s one of our favorites!
