Here we go again! This has been a design cycle. I think this is the 4th iteration of the same plan. This home only took a year of negotiating, pricing, designing, platting, and planning to get to this point. Now it's time for engineering and permitting. FINALLY! It's about to go down!

It’s been a while since my latest post and a lot has changed. The market changed but we sold our properties. Interest rates are higher, but we’re still buying lots and houses. Here’s version 1 of a house we are about to build and sell. Stay tuned.
