We are seeking adult participants ages 22+ for a virtual study about cardiovascular health.

Virtual Screening Session: An intake session to understand your current health condition and medical history. Duration: 2-2.5 hours (if combined with the enrollment and training session). Virtual Enrollment and Training Session: If you qualify after the screening and are interested in participating, you will continue with this session. Virtual Exit Session: Lasts up to 15 minutes, conducted at the end of the study period.

If eligible, you will be asked to:

Participate in the "at-home" data collection for 30-45 days.

Wear a wrist-worn device (smartwatch) for at least 12 hours daily.

Complete a set of tasks each morning and evening, roughly 10 minutes each.

Complete up to 2 optional fasting blood tests

Total incentives compensation ranges from $100 to $775, based on your compliance with study requirements and completion of study activities.
