Merry Christmas 🎄 !!

This year for dessert I made a French silk chocolate pie with fresh whipped cream 🫶

This photo doesn’t do justice to how amazing these chicken sandwiches turned out !😋

Crispy breaded chicken fillet, butter lettuce, spicy homemade mayo sauce, and a homemade creamy Cole slaw 🥪

I make one of these to take my cravings away when I’m wanting something like fast food but sticking to eating at home!

For breakfast try making this delicious kale, potato and sausage frittata 🍳

Cook some Italian sausage on the pan with some chopped onions, set aside, and then cook some yellow cubed d seasoned potatoes. Add the kale and let it wilt, then pour in an egg mixture with some grated parmesan or romano cheese, and bake in the oven 😋

For tonight’s dinner I made Enchiladas Verdes ~
It was easy, simple and delicious😋

Topped with shredded lettuce, cilantro, crema and some queso fresco 👩‍🍳
