Hon Emmanuel Jay Banda where is he?
Is it a staged event? Has he done it himself? Are there criminals involved, and or is it politically motivated.
kidnapping/Abduction is a
criminal offense consisting of the unlawful taking and carrying away of a person by force or fraud or the unlawful seizure and detention of a person against his will. The principal motives for kidnapping are to subject the victim to some form of involuntary servitude, to expose him to the commission of some further criminal act against his person, or to obtain ransom for his safe release. More recently, kidnapping for the purpose of extortion has become a tactic of political revolutionaries or terrorists seeking concessions from a government. In all countries it is considered a grave offense punishable by a long prison sentence or death.
Let us take some issues into considerations; The vehicle was abandoned few metres from the police station đźš©. His phones were left in the vehicle đźš©. His close friends are some how celebrating and using the event for political mileage đźš©.
This event has a round face anything is possible but it's very unfortunate event. We need proper update from the police in order for us avoid speculations.

5 WAYS TO KILL DIFFICULTIES IN YOUR LIFE
1. Accept the situation: Acknowledge the situation you are in and accept it. Denying or ignoring the problem won't make it go away. Acceptance helps you to remain calm and find a solution.
2. Focus on the solution: Instead of focusing on the problem, focus on finding a solution. If one solution doesn't work, try another until you find one that works.
3. Seek help: Don't be afraid to seek help. Talk to someone you trust, such as a friend, family member, or therapist. They can offer you support and advice.
4. Take care of yourself: Deal with stress by doing things you enjoy, such as exercising, meditating, or spending time in nature.
5. Learn from your experience: Every difficulty is an opportunity to learn. Reflect on what happened, what you learned, and how you can use this experience to become stronger and more resilient in the future.

We Didn’t Do Anything Wrong, But Somehow, We Lost
During the press conference to announce that NOKIA is being acquired by Microsoft, President and CEO of Nokia, Stephen Elop ended his speech saying this:
“We didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”.
Upon saying that, all his management team, himself included, shed sad tears.
Nokia had been a respectable company. They didn’t do anything wrong in their business, however, the world changed too fast. Their opponents were too powerful.
They missed out on learning, they missed out on changing, and thus they lost the opportunity at hand to make it big.
Not only did they miss the opportunity to earn big money, they lost their chance of survival.
The message of this story is, if you don’t change, you shall be removed from the competition.
It’s not wrong if you don’t want to learn new things. However, if your thoughts and mindset cannot catch up with time, you will be eliminated.
Complacency and "I know it all" attitude (even as industry leader) is a big enemy in business and life.
The advantage you have yesterday, will be replaced by the trends of tomorrow.
You don’t have to do anything wrong, as long as your competitors catch the wave and do it RIGHT, you can lose out and fail.
To change and improve yourself is giving yourself a second chance. To be forced by others to change, is like being discarded.
Those who refuse to learn & improve, will definitely soon become redundant & not relevant to the industry, in this fast moving economy. They will learn the lesson in a hard & expensive way!
Evolve or Dissolve.
The Internet is the future of business... learn & earn.
