Do:
✨ Keep it clean + calm — Gently cleanse with mild, fragrance-free soap. Pat dry, don’t rub.
✨ Soothe it — Aloe vera, witch hazel, or a post-wax calming serum helps with redness.
✨ Wear loose clothes — Cotton panties, flowy pants, no tight leggings. Let it breathe.
✨ Moisturize after 24hrs — Light, oil-free, fragrance-free lotion keeps skin soft + prevents ingrowns.

Don’t:
🚫 No heat — Skip hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs for 24-48hrs. Lukewarm only.
🚫 No sweat — Hold off on workouts, s*x, or anything that makes you sweat for 24hrs. Bacteria + open follicles = not cute.
🚫 No touching — Hands carry bacteria. Don’t pick, scratch, or check it every 5 min.
🚫 No exfoliating yet — Wait 48-72hrs before gentle exfoliation. Then do it 2-3x/week to prevent ingrowns.
🚫 No sun/tanning — Skin is sensitive. No direct sun or tanning beds for 48hrs or you risk hyperpigmentation.
🚫 No scented products — No perfumed lotions, deodorants, or sprays on the area for 24hrs.

To Keep It Smooth:
Exfoliate 2-3x/week — Use a gentle scrub or exfoliating glove to prevent ingrown hairs.
Moisturize daily — Hydrated skin = easier grow-back + easier next wax.
Don’t shave between — Messes up the growth cycle. Let it grow to at least ¼ inch before your next wax.

🤍Redness/bumps normal for 1-3hrs. If it lasts longer: cold compress + hydrocortisone cream.
