I'm watching the numbers out of Nairobi right now.
The ICT sector grew 10.8% annually over the last decade.
That didn't happen because people suddenly got more motivated or attended more seminars.
It happened because the wall between capability and access finally came down.

Look at M-PESA.
Two-thirds of Kenya's entire GDP passes through a system that doesn't even require a traditional bank account.

When you give talented people actual rails to run on, economic output changes. Kenyan firms adopting digital tech realize KES 7.55 million more on average than those that don't.
That's the validation.

Capability without infrastructure produces frustration.
Capability with infrastructure produces revenue.
