According to Better Homes and Gardens, the new Spring color for 2026 is Warm Yellows, while Benjamin Moore has rich dark colors for the interior such as Southwest Pottery, Sherwood Tan, First Crush (a khaki color if you ask me), and Swiss Coffee, which is a dull yellow/cream color). Even Sherman Williams has a a dark palate with Reddened Earth, Khaki, Lemon Chiffon.

Personally, it feels so 90s (OMG -- that was 30 years ago!) The warm yellows remind me of ni****ne coated walls (yuck!).

But who am I? Just an real estate broker who is reporting the trend. What do you think?
