Most skincare brands use frankincense essential oil. It smells incredible, but it doesn't contain Boswellic acid, the compound responsible for calming inflamed skin, encouraging cell regeneration, and tightening and firming over time. That only lives in the resin itself.

So we sourced Royal Green Hojari resin directly from the mountains of Oman, one of the rarest and most prized frankincense resins in the world, and infused it into our 100% grass-finished tallow base! The result is something we're genuinely proud of. Deeply nourishing, effective, and crafted with the same intentionality we bring to everything we make here at Texas Gold Tallow.
