Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: 10909 Grissom Lane Dallas, TX 75229

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $20-$22 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for overtime hours, including local and overnight deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload products onto the delivery truck
Drive delivery truck to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
Ensure accuracy of delivery by verifying product inventory against delivery invoices
Obtain delivery confirmation signatures from customers
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery truck
Report any accidents or incidents to management immediately
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Proven experience as a delivery driver
Ability to drive long distances and work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be reliable and punctual
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player

Providing introductory information to new customers
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
Escalating queries and concerns
Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
