I wanted share a special event coming up that I am co-hosting with my friend Blanca Bou, a licenced EMDR and Trauma Therapist at Corbella Counseling. Together her and I have created an orginal event like none other that brings EMDR inspired regulation techiques, bilateral stimulation, a visualization meditation, and of course, sound healing all in one! Teaming up with a licensed counselor has been amazing to really bring together the spiritual and mental benefits of our practices. This is a 2 hour event on January 31st so mark your calendars! Dropping in to remind people of the free film screening today. 4 year project in the making about Ayahuasca, the teachers who serve it, and the people who receive the medicine. All of these people are friends of mine. This is a red carpet event so dress to the nines and enjoy! Ill be playing music from 6:30 to 7:30 before the premier.

In a room its easy to have conversations about divisive topics, because it's face to face, eye to eye, and soul to soul. I can ask questions, learn things, and see where we relate. I know that we will not meet on common ground on all matters, but lets find where we do. - or maybe I'll leave this room...

But here, on this beautiful platform of connection, people dont get that opportunity to sit with me. Look me in the eye, share a meal, a laugh, and chop up the things that we disagree on.

No, no. Here we have screenshots, memes, text clipped out of context, putting people on BLAST for their thoughts, beliefs, and questions. People trying to prove THEIR point, THEIR truth, so they can fill THEIR HOLE with your energy.

I shared a picture that had a man holding a sign saying, "THEY WANT US TO HATE EACH OTHER DONT LET THEM WIN". To me, when I saw that was a clear reminder to remember, admist the diversity, that we are all human and we are only doing that which we know how. A reminder to love your friends with opposing view points because, they are not their political party, they are not their privilege, they are not your enemy - THEY ARE YOUR FRIEND. That is why I posted this. For that little reminder, while the propoganda media is FEEDING on your energy of opposition. And the feast doesnt stop there. It goes all the way to the ones that want you to forget Hu you really are. That divine spark of consciousness that was made in the image of God. As creators of our reality. Like really...WE ARE CREATING REALITY. So ask yourself, will you let divisive tactics rip you apart or do you want to become unified?

Own your own s**t, do the work, and be the light you are meant to be - or are you going to party up? Us vs Them. That is the old paradigm. Liberate yourselves. YOU are the one you have been waiting for. Trust yourself first, love your brothers and sisters, and unify under the notion of OWNERSHIP.
