Texans on Mission

Last week, Texans on Mission had the opportunity to showcase progress made by volunteers working to help Kerr County residents recover.

Texas Division of Emergency Management officials, local emergency management personnel and Hill Country long-term recovery groups gathered in Kerrville for a tour hosted by TXM. They visited homes across Kerr County that TXM volunteers have worked to rebuild since the July 2025 flood.

Phillip Ditto, director of TXM Disaster Relief, organized the tour to give officials the chance to connect with survivors and see what recovery looks like firsthand.

It was a great way to deepen the connection between survivors, local leaders and those working alongside them toward recovery. To read more, visit:

Texans on Mission Water Impact is working every day to help transform communities in Uganda and South Sudan with clean water and living water.

In Uganda, churches are being built, and the word of God is spreading as communities come to faith in Jesus Christ. So far, 53 churches have been built where people gather to learn and live out the Gospel.

“Now people will keep on increasing… this church will again reproduce another church,” Texans and Ugandans on Mission ministry program manager Moses Ogen said.

“Thank you so much for your support. Mostly for sending us the volunteers who are supporting us in the church construction. And may God bless you abundantly.”

Within this, leaders are being trained, families are being restored and communities are changing. Praise God!
